Orly 1, 2, 3 and 4 sit under one connected roof, so wherever your plane parks the meeting point is simple: the driver is in the arrivals area with a name sign and walks you to the car park. Arrivals are tracked and the first hour of waiting at the airport is free, which is usually more than enough after a short-haul flight.
There is no direct road between Orly and Marne-la-Vallee, so the route swings around the capital, typically by the A86 and then the A4 eastbound. That makes the journey more traffic-sensitive than the CDG run: count 55 minutes on a quiet Sunday morning and up to 70 or 75 minutes in weekday rush hour. The fare is fixed either way.
